Ten Wellness Experts You Should Be Following
Wellness is a hot topic in the news, on social media and as we go about our daily lives. It seems like everyone is focused on staying healthy, whether they are looking for the best smoothie recipe, the ideal yoga studio or the next best supplement. Millennials have even been called the Wellness Generation. The number of Americans age 65 and older is also on the rise, which I’m sure is contributing to the thirst for knowledge about anything wellness related.
Lucky for us we are blessed to live in one of the most exciting times for health and wellness for all generations! Energy medicine and energy healing, especially, are becoming more and more mainstream, and I think that’s only going to continue.
We are also living in a world where information is literally at our fingertips. It makes it easier, in some ways, to get information and advice on wellness but it also makes it more difficult because there is so much out there! All this information can be overwhelming.

Dr. Bruce Lipton
If you follow me regularly, you’ve probably heard me mention Dr. Bruce Lipton, especially when I talk about the stress/disease connection. Dr. Dan Gilbert
